Child Care
March is here already; hard to believe how this school year is just zippin by! In March our focus is on the Arts & the Seasons: which means lots of fun projects to fill your homes. With the weather breaking it is time to GET OUTSIDE, take in the fresh air, run in the fields, fly on the swings and stretch our legs. Not only with our friends here at the YMCA, but also with our friends and families in our community.
Please keep in mind all of our wonderful activities we offer daily to the participants of our program such as arts and crafts, homework time, science and nature, physical fitness and most important community service.
We are here to help, serve and provide to Lancaster and our surrounding communities! Please do not hesitate to take advantage of all of our wonderful childcare programs that we have offered here at the Lancaster YMCA.
- Vacation Fun Club will be offered at Alden Primary on March 19th & also a ½ Day (11:00 am dismissal) at Alden Primary on March 26.
- Lancaster Family YMCA 1st Annual “Walk-for-Wellness” on March 27 at the Lancaster Youth Bureau. Registration begins at 9:30 am w/ the walk starting promptly at 10:00 am.

Strong Kids
We have reached our goal of $37,500!
The funds raised during the three month campaign helps families in Lancaster and the surrounding communities attend programs such as camp, before and after school child care, and youth sports even though their financial situations may not allow it.
If you would like to contribute to the campaign, please contact the Lancaster Branch.
